Meet Grant & Caleb Billings
Grant Billings
Co-Founder
Grant Billings has dedicated his life to serving others through the gospel of Jesus Christ. An avid golfer and passionate ministry leader, Grant saw an opportunity to combine his love for the game with his calling to help those struggling with addiction. His vision for The Mulligan Mission is rooted in the belief that every person — no matter their past — deserves a second chance through Christ.
Calling to Ministry
Growing up, Grant witnessed firsthand the destructive power of addiction in his community. Friends and family members struggled with alcohol, drugs, and other dependencies, and he watched as secular programs often fell short of providing lasting change. Through his own faith journey, Grant came to understand that true freedom comes only through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. This conviction became the foundation of The Mulligan Mission.
"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." — Jeremiah 29:11
Caleb Billings
Co-Founder
Caleb Billings brings an infectious enthusiasm for ministry and a deep compassion for people in crisis. As co-founder of The Mulligan Mission, Caleb focuses on building community, developing mentorship programs, and organizing golf fellowship events that serve as entry points for people who might never walk into a church but would happily walk onto a golf course.
Calling to Ministry
Caleb's heart for the broken and the lost was shaped by years of working with people in recovery. He saw that many programs addressed the symptoms of addiction but missed the root cause — a spiritual void that only God can fill. Together with Grant, Caleb set out to create a ministry that leads with grace, meets people where they are, and points them to the only source of lasting hope: the gospel of Jesus Christ.
"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!" — 2 Corinthians 5:17
